Mr Charles Habonimana is the Managing Director of Rwanda Airports Company – RAC since June 25^th 2020.he is the Board Member and Member of the Executive Committee of ACI Africa for 2023-2025. he is also the Board and Executive Committee Member of UGAACO(Union of West and Central Africa Airports Managers).

He holds a Masters of Arts from the University of Rwanda and a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Sciences from Kigali Independent University-ULK. Mr Charles has over 12 years of working experience in Human Resources Management, Cooperatives and Business Promotion, Governance and Territorial Administration, Infrastructure and Urbanization.

Charles is a motivational speaker and author of Moi, le dernier Tutsi, a detailed personal testimonial narrative published at Plon editions in 2019. He is a tireless community development activist and inspiring young professional who served as the Chairperson of the Group of Former Students Survivors of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi-GAERG from 2012 to 2016.
